To Schedule an Appointment
To schedule an appointment, please dial 910-452-3666. One of our appointment secretaries will help you in a prompt and courteous manner. It will make your visit more efficient if you can have your insurance information available when you make your appointment. If you have health insurance, we do require that you submit proof of coverage by bringing your card to every visit.
We do not refill prescriptions unless they are called in from the pharmacy. This is for your protection, and allows us the ability to pull your medical record and have it reviewed by the physician prior to calling it in to the pharmacy. If you are in need of a refill on one of your medications, call the pharmacy of your choice and they will contact our office. Please allow 48-72 hours for refills. We do not refill prescriptions on the weekend or over a holiday.
All of your medical records are confidential. You will need to sign a release form before they can be transferred from one physician to another. You may obtain a medical records release form from our office or from the patient forms section of this website.
In the event of a medical emergency, please dial “911” or go to the emergency room at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
